Hi there!

I’m India, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington. I work with adolescent girls and adult women navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, life transitions, and the emotional overwhelm that can come from constantly feeling like you have to hold everything together. Many of the clients I work with struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, and feeling disconnected from themselves while trying to meet everyone else’s needs.

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and conversational while also helping clients better understand the thought patterns and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck. I use a person-centered approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and believe therapy should feel collaborative, honest, and empowering.

Prior to private practice, I worked as a school counselor supporting adolescents through academic pressure, social challenges, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and relationship difficulties. That experience deepened my understanding of how unresolved experiences, self-beliefs, and relational patterns developed early in life can continue to impact confidence, anxiety, boundaries, and relationships well into adulthood. This perspective continues to shape the work I do with women today as they begin to recognize, understand, and heal the patterns they may have been carrying for years.

If you relate to any of these experiences or concerns, I hope to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and comfortable showing up as your full self. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you!
